Submission Guidelines
The abstract should be structured into the following sections
Title
- Clearly indicate the nature of the investigation.
- Use a concise and informative title.
Introduction
- Include 1–3 sentences.
- State the scientific question.
- Highlight the clinical or scientific importance.
Methods
- Describe the experimental design.
- Explain analytical techniques.
- Include statistical methods used.
Results
- Present objective findings.
- Answer the scientific question.
- Focus on factual outcomes.
Conclusions
- Supported directly by the results.
- Include clinical implications.
- Avoid speculation and overgeneralization.
Post Submission
Submission Deadline
The deadline for abstract submission is:

Notification of acceptance will be sent via email after review by the Scientific Committee.
Deadline Extension
Any extension will be announced through the website, email and social media channels.
Terms of Acceptance
Accuracy Required
Abstracts will be reproduced exactly as submitted. No proofreading will be provided.
Author Responsibility
Authors are responsible for spelling, grammar and scientific accuracy.
Poster Discussion
Accepted authors should be available during the corresponding poster viewing session.
Final Submission
Once submitted, abstracts cannot be modified or withdrawn.
